Where to next? Try Iceland!

Iceland is a beautiful country and a place you may want to add to your list if you have not done so already. In Iceland, you can see the aurora borealis, also known as the Northern Lights, which is a green glow in the sky created by collisions between electrically charged particles released from the sun that enter the earth’s atmosphere and collide with gases such as oxygen and nitrogen.

You can also enjoy Reykjavik, the beautiful capital with lots of local fisheries and beautifully coloured buildings too. With tumbling hills in the distance, the city is close to the water and fishing is the main industry, but the people are lovely, as are the sites and it’s basically a haven for wildlife and nature photographers. Another activity you will want to do is visit the Blue Lagoon which is a geothermal spa so you can dip into the beautiful warm water even though you’re surrounded by snowy hills and mountains.
